On Sat, Jan 31, The NW Water Law Symposium will be held at Lewis and Clark Law School. The Symposium is a first time collaboration between major law schools in the Pacific Northwest. This event will feature the Keynote Speaker: Bill Bradbury, former Oregon Secretary of State as well as Panels on: The Politics and Legal Issues of Dam Removal; Tribal Rights, Water, and Salmon; Effects of LNG on Water Quality and Quantity; Ocean Renewable Energy; Development Water Trusts and the Market for Water RightsTransfers; Marine Protected Areas and Marine Reserves; Prior Appropriation and the Public Interest.
