The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife will be holding public meetings in concert with the Division of State Lands and Oregon Parks and Recreation Department on their respective draft rules for establishing a marine reserve at Otter Rock, as well as a marine reserve and marine protected area at Redfish Rocks in Port Orford.
