The State of Oregon's Territorial Sea Plan Working Group is about to go on a traveling roadshow to update, inform, and listen to feedback from citizens and stakeholders on the process to amend our Territorial Sea Plan (TSP) and identify potentially suitable places where renewable energy might be allowed to occur within our state waters (0-3 nautical miles). This is a great opportunity to come out and learn more, show your support for the comprehensive planning process, and ask questions or raise concerns that you might have. Here is a good primer on how we have been engaging on this issue over the past several years as well as our study on Non-Consumptive recreational uses in Oregon that we partnered with State Agencies on for this process.
