Learn more about the latest marine renewable energy technologies at OMSI May 21/22nd

As the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management prepares for proposed future renewable energy projects offshore the West Coast and Hawaii, they are initiating a proactive outreach initiative with the Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). The goal is to educate both the BOEM State Intergovernmental Task Force and the public on offshore renewable energy technologies best suited for areas on the Pacific Outer Continental Shelf, and the multi-faceted complexities of such marine-based energy systems.
