Throughout the past 5 years, Oregon has undergone much planning, trials and tribulations to better evaluate the rising technology of wave energy off our coastline. It's been a long road of competing interests and cautious optimism to get wave energy pilot projects in the water, many of which have been developed out of foreign interest. However, Oregon hasn't been without it's own development and this story of M3 deployment from a "scrappy" Oregon start-up is about as feel good as it gets.
