Statewide Spring Beach Cleanups This Saturday!

It's that time of year again, time for SOLVE's statewide spring beach cleanups! Join your fellow Surfrider chapters and volunteers across the state as we all pitch in to help clean up every beach on the Oregon coast in one GIANT event! Pitch in at your local beach or find a site to register for this awesome event, this Saturday from 10am-1pm.

This year, Surfrider chapters are once again captaining sites up and down the coast to help pitch in for this fantastic event hosted by SOLVE twice a year. Show some love for your beaches and come out this weekend to an official registration site between 10am-1pm. In Coos Bay you can find Surfrider captaining Bastendorf and Horsefall beaches, in Florence you'll find our Siuslaw chapter at the South Jetty and in Newport find us at Yaquina Bay Lighthouse, Nye Beach, Agate Beach, Beverly Beach or Otter Rock! Additionally we'll be joining the Hanglider Association that afternoon to cleanup our adopted stretch of the highway at Moolack Beach (for you late risers or morning-mid day surfers!) These are just a few of the sites that our chapters are captaining this Saturday, many more locations being led by the great volunteers across Oregon and all along the coast, so find a site near you!
