We're stoked to be a partner for the NW Wahines 5th Annual Women's Expression Session held at Agate Beach in Newport on Saturday, August 4th!
This isn't your typical surf competition — it was created by women, for women to make surfing more accessible and foster a relationship with the natural world. Awards are given for categories such as Most Stylish Costume, Keenest Vibe, Most Unique Maneuver, and more! The Newport Chapter of Surfrider Foundation will lead a beach cleanup as part of the event's goal foster environmental awareness and stewardship. ALL genders, orientations, ages, and surf abilities are welcome.

Surfer registration: Surfer registration is on a sliding donation scale from $20 to free. Register here. All proceeds go toward building the Wave Warrior Surf Camps Mentoring Program and providing outdoor therapy in or near the ocean.
Following the event, an all ages after party will be held at Cafe Mundo from 5-9 pm featuring live reggae by ZuhG.
